Aika Felt Works ships worldwide from Finland (European Union). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s customs authority or the delivery courier.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Most parcels arrive within the estimated delivery time shown on the product page. However, customs inspections may cause additional delays that are outside our control. We appreciate your patience during these mandatory security and tax checks.
As of March 2026, the previous $800 duty-free (De Minimis) threshold remains suspended. All orders from Finland to the USA are now subject to a 10% Import Surcharge and courier processing fees, regardless of the order total. These are billed directly to you by the shipping company.
Since we ship from Finland and are not registered for UK VAT, all orders entering the UK are subject to charges:
Canada has a very low tax-free threshold ($20 CAD). Most orders will incur GST/HST and a handling fee (typically $9.95 CAD or higher) charged by the courier or Canada Post upon arrival.
While duties often only apply to orders over $1,000 AUD, a 10% GST applies to most imports. Since we do not collect this at checkout, the shipping company will collect this 10% tax and a processing fee before delivery.
Note: Customs policies change frequently. Final costs are determined by your local government and the shipping courier. Aika Felt Works has no control over these fees and does not receive any portion of them.
